These General Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between the 11 MOONS store and the users (you) regarding the services offered by 11-moons.com. The order

Each order of a product or service through the 11 MOONS system is associated with an obligation to pay by your chosen method of payment.

We accept online orders 24 hours a day, also on weekends and public holidays. In the order process, you have the opportunity to see the products you buy and their prices, your names, e-mail, phone, address, postal code, method of delivery and method of payment. After the completion of the order and if this is your first order on the specified phone you will receive a call from us confirming the same information. For each subsequent order you will receive a confirmation only by e-mail. You will be notified by e-mail about the change in the status of the order (confirmation, processing, sending, etc.). You can monitor the status of the current as well as previous orders from your personal profile.

Your ORDER will be accepted from 11 MOONS as a contract offer.

If 11-moons.com. confirms the execution of an order, this means full acceptance of the terms of the order. The acceptance of the order by 11-moons.com is considered done when there is an electronic confirmation (e-mail) sent by 11-moons.com to the customer, without requiring confirmation of receipt by the customer.

The contract enters into force upon confirmation of the order by 11-moons.com.

These terms and conditions of sale are based on the contract.

 

Prices

All prices are in BGN with VAT included. The prices of the products are shown without the delivery price, for which you will receive information in the order process.

 

Problems with the execution of the order

The execution of your order may be hindered for any of the following reasons:

Some of the ordered products may not be available; in this case we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email
You have selected “Payment by card” or “By bank transfer”, but no payment has been made or there is a delay in payment.
You have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details – names, address, phone, postal code.

In case of discrepancy between the received and ordered products or inaccuracy due to our fault, we will bear the costs of subsequent return and replacement of non-compliant products. If it is not possible to deliver through no fault of 11 MOONS (you are not at the specified address or do not answer the supplier’s calls), your order will be returned to us while we contact you.

Payment

We offer 3 payment methods:

  1. Payment on delivery: upon receipt of the order, you pay the courier.
    Payment upon receipt from our store: you pay on the spot in our store, upon receipt of the order.
    Credit / debit card payment: you pay in the order process.
    Payment by bank transfer – payment is made within 24 hours of order confirmation by e-mail from 11-moons.com.
    Delivery and receipt of products
    Delivery to address: selected in the order process after filling in the exact address, names, postal code, preferred delivery date and additional instructions.

    For Sofia, orders received on a business day are executed on the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are executed on Monday.

    For the Party the orders are executed within 2 working days with Econt.

    For purchases over BGN 108, delivery is free.

    Receipt on the spot in 11 MOONS at 11 Sofia, 58 Maria Luiza Blvd., floor 6: selected in the order process after selecting the preferred date and time of receipt.
    Order cancellation and return

    You can return products purchased from us without a reason for return within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

    – The products must be in their original packaging

    – No traces of use, damaged appearance or staining

    – To include the original invoice or order with which you received the products (with your order you will receive an accompanying document – fiscal receipt for payment upon delivery or invoice of your choice)

    – The costs of returning the products are at your expense

    You can replace the products with others or restore their value if you do not want a replacement. We refund the value of the products without the cost of delivery. All amounts paid upon delivery or on the spot, we refund only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date you notified us of your cancellation of the order. All amounts paid by debit / credit card are refunded to the same account (card) from which the payment was made.

You can return the products on the spot in 11 MOONS at 11 Sofia, 58 Maria Luiza Blvd., 6th floor.

    Right to delete, access, correct, block

    The right to request at any time from the administrator to delete, correct or block personal data, the processing of which does not meet the requirements of LPPD, as well as the right to request from the administrator to notify third parties to whom personal data have been disclosed, correction or blocking which has been carried out, except in cases where this is impossible or involves excessive effort;

    Right to object

    Right to object to the controller against the processing of personal data of the individual in the presence of a legal basis for this, as well as against the processing and disclosure to third parties of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing. You have the right to be notified before your personal data is first disclosed to third parties or used on their behalf for direct marketing purposes, and you have the right to object to such disclosure or use.

    Right of portability

When personal data is processed automatically, you have the right to receive the personal data relating to you that you have provided to the controller in a structured, widely used, machine-readable and interoperable format and to transmit them to another controller. This right should apply where the data subject has provided personal data on the basis of his own consent or the processing is necessary due to a contractual obligation. The law should not apply where the processing is based on a legal basis other than consent or contract. By its very nature, this right should not be exercised in respect of data controllers in the performance of their public duties. Therefore, this right should not be applied when the processing of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject, or to perform a task in the public interest, or in the exercise of official authority conferred on the controller. The right of the data subject to transmit or receive personal data relating to him does not impose an obligation on controllers to adopt or maintain technically compatible processing systems. Where more than one data subject is affected in a given set of personal data, the right to receive personal data should not affect the rights and freedoms of other data subjects in accordance with this Regulation.

Right to file a complaint or request to the Commission for Personal Data Protection

In case of violation of your rights, you have the right to refer to the Commission for Personal Data Protection within one year of learning of the violation, but not later than five years from its commission. In case of violation of your rights, you have the right to appeal against actions and acts of the administrator in court or before the Supreme Administrative Court. The court cannot be seised if there is pending proceedings before the Commission for the same violation or a decision of the CPDP on the same violation has been appealed and no court decision has entered into force.

Violations. Notification of violations

A breach of data security occurs when the personal data for which the controller is responsible is affected by a security incident that results in a breach of the confidentiality, availability or integrity of the personal data. In this sense, a data breach occurs when there is a security breach leading to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of data that is transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

Assessment of violations

Once the employee has received information about a violation, he must determine whether the event constitutes a violation of personal data and notify the managers of the Administrator of the event (in case they do not know).

In case of breach of personal data security, which is likely to pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the Administrator (through the employee), without undue delay and when feasible – no later than 72 hours after found out about it, notifies the Commission for Personal Data Protection of the violation.

Where and to the extent that it is not possible to submit the information at the same time, the information may be submitted in stages without further undue delay.

When the breach of personal data security is likely to pose a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the Administrator shall, without undue delay, notify the subject of the breach.

The controller shall document any breach of personal data security, including the facts related to the breach, its consequences and the actions taken to address it.

Changes to Privacy Practices

In case of changes requiring the consent or informing of the personal data subjects, we undertake that we will notify you of all such changes by sending a letter by e-mail to the e-mail provided by you.
